Yields About 1½ Cups Sauce
What You Need:
- 1 medium saucepan
- ¼ cup CannaButter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of CannaMilk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup pepper jack cheese, grated
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ Cannabis Salsa (optional)
Steps:
- Melt the CannaButter in the saucepan on low heat.
- Add the flour to the melted CannaButter; stir until combined.
- Add the CannaMilk; mix well.
- Add the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese and salt.
- Keep stiring on low heat until all the cheese has melted.
- Transfer cheese sauce to a serving bowl. Serve with chips, pretzel bites, etc…
