Cannabis Queso Dip

Time Required: 15 Minutes

Yields About 1½ Cups Sauce

What You Need:

  • 1 medium saucepan
  • ¼ cup CannaButter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of CannaMilk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ Cannabis Salsa (optional)
 

Steps:

  1. Melt the CannaButter in the saucepan on low heat.
  2. Add the flour to the melted CannaButter; stir until combined.
  3. Add the CannaMilk; mix well.
  4. Add the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese and salt.
  5. Keep stiring on low heat until all the cheese has melted.
  6. Transfer cheese sauce to a serving bowl. Serve with chips, pretzel bites, etc…
 

Stir in a ¼ cup of Cannabis Salsa for a little Salsa Con Canna-Queso
