Yields 8-10 Servings
What You Need:
- large saucepan
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 1 (15-ounce can) artichoke hearts, drained and sliced thin
- ½ tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups Cannabis Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Steps:
- Heat olive oil in large saucepan with the onions and the garlic. Saute on medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Add the spinach and artichoke hearts; continue to saute until spinach cooks down. Add the salt and pepper. Reduce heat.
- Stir in the Cannabis Cream Cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and mayo. Stir while cheese melts down.
- Simmer for 2 minutes after cheese melts while stirring constantly.
- Transfer hot spinach dip to a serving dish. Serve with chips, veggies, etc.…
