Spinach & Cannabis Dip

Time Required: 20 minutes

Yields 8-10 Servings

What You Need:

  • large saucepan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 (15-ounce can) artichoke hearts, drained and sliced thin
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups Cannabis Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
 

Steps:

  1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan with the onions and the garlic. Saute on medium-high heat until golden brown.
  2. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts; continue to saute until spinach cooks down. Add the salt and pepper. Reduce heat.
  3. Stir in the Cannabis Cream Cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and mayo. Stir while cheese melts down.
  4. Simmer for 2 minutes after cheese melts while stirring constantly.
  5. Transfer hot spinach dip to a serving dish. Serve with chips, veggies, etc.…
