Cannabis Kale Chips

Time Required: 45 minutes

Yields 1 to 4 Servings

What You Need:

  • large baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tablespoons CannaOil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ fresh lemon, juiced

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash kale leaves and dry very well.
  3. Use a knife to separate the leaves from stems. Discard the stems. Tear the kale into large pieces (about 2-3 inches big).
  4. Place kale in a large bowl and toss gently in Cannaoil. Gently make sure that every piece of kale gets thoroughly coated.
  5. Lay kale in a single layer on the baking sheet and season to taste. Try not to have pieces overlap. You may have to cook in multiple batches.
  6. Check on the kale chips after 8 minutes of cooking. They may need another minute or two, but keep a close eye on it. As soon as the kale is crisp, remove it from the oven. It’ll burn quickly.
  7. Transfer cannabis kale chips to a serving bowl immediately. They will continue to cook if left on the baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice on top. Wait until cool before serving.
