Cannabis Pound Cake

  • CannaOil, for pan
  • 1 c. CannaButter softened
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-5” loaf pan with CannaOil. In a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition then add vanilla and almond extract.
  2. In a separate large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top with an offset. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
