INGREDIENTS
- CannaOil, for pan
- 1 c. CannaButter softened
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-5” loaf pan with CannaOil. In a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition then add vanilla and almond extract.
- In a separate large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top with an offset. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
